Nicotine salts (nic salts) are a form of nicotine that is smoother to inhale at higher strengths and absorbs faster than traditional freebase nicotine. They are ideal for pod systems and mouth-to-lung vaping.

Heavy former smokers usually start at 35-50mg nic salts; light or social smokers at 20-25mg. If you get headaches or dizziness the strength is too high; if you find yourself vaping constantly it may be too low.

Nic salts are designed for low-powered pod devices and MTL tanks. Avoid using high-strength nic salts in powerful sub-ohm devices — the nicotine delivery would be far too harsh.
